Perennial fantasy stud Adrian Peterson leads the Minnesota Vikings to the No. 11 spot on the 2014 fantasy power rankings. The Vikings sitting just outside the top 10 may surprise some, but the team has a solid amount of depth to support its top-end talent.
The Vikings offer fantasy owners 11.9 percent more value than the average NFL team and 63.4 percent of the value compared to the NFL’s best team.
Peterson had a slightly “down” year last season — at least compared to his 2,000-yard campaign in 2012, so the word “down” here is relative. He still scored 10 touchdowns and racked up 1,266 yards on the ground en route to being the seventh highest-scoring running back in points-per-reception (PPR) leagues.
