Will Trubisky's lack of experience limit his fantasy potential?

It started with a tweet — a shot across the bow from a former NFL receiver about one of the most talked about quarterback prospects of this draft class.

Roddy White questioned how good prospect Mitch Trubisky could be with only 13 starts under his belt, despite the stellar numbers he put up during that time. It was a fair question even though Trubisky checks in at 6-foot-3 and 220 pounds, is mobile, and has a strong arm. In his only season as a starter, Trubisky averaged over 300 passing yards a game and totaled 35 touchdowns, including 30 through the air. If Trubisky is drafted in the first round, it's a huge commitment from the drafting team based on very little real-world evidence.

So was there any truth to White’s tweet? How much experience do fantasy’s top quarterbacks typically have in college before being drafted?
