Quarterbacks
Unlike DraftKings, quarterback pricing on FanDuel remains a weekly challenge for us to find the perfect combination of floor, ceiling, and value.
Carson Wentz is priced abnormally low at just $7,700 on FD (QB8) in this week's highest-scoring game. For whatever reason they decided to do that, I'm taking the bait. The Saints are a pass-funnel defense that are adept at slowing the run (fewest rushing yards against), while allowing the fifth-most passing yards. Wentz and the Eagles are top-13 in pass-play percentage (62.9%) and should be dropping back more frequently this week as 8-point road dogs. Wentz has scored 20-plus FD points in five of his last six outings. Dating back to beginning of 2014, opposing quarterbacks are averaging 21.2 FD points playing in the Superdome. Wentz makes for a great value play on FD this week for cash or tournaments.
