The top DFS bargains for Week 13
Finding bargains and values in DFS is the key to any winning roster, both in cash games and tournaments. Our goal today is to find you the best bargains for your cash games and tournaments. We will specify what games to use each bargain in and how to capitalize on them in each given week.
High ownership is to be expected from some of these bargains, and we will touch in that in the writeup, so they should be used in cash games. However, some of these players are also excellent buys for tournaments and won’t have high ownership percentages. Generally speaking, quarterback is the one position where ownership tends to be spread out the most — in other words feel free using these bargains both in tournaments and cash games.

Bortles has quietly put together a very strong second half, with 16 or more fantasy points in four of his last five games, including last week’s 20-plus-point explosion. Now, he draws a matchup against a Colts defense that ranks No. 29 in pass coverage, will be without their two best defensive backs, and has allowed the 13th-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. Bortles is priced as one of the cheapest starters this week.
For the stone minimum price you can grab the quarterback who Giants head coach Ben McAdoo somehow claims is a better fit for his offensive scheme than Eli Manning. You won’t need much to return value on this investment and the matchup is too sweet to pass up. The Raiders have allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing QBs and they rank No. 20 and No. 28 overall in pass rush and pass coverage, respectively.
