Akron Zips
The Ohio State Buckeyes are left in a decimated state following a mass exodus of talent to the 2016 NFL draft. While their situation is well documented, the Zips will, surprisingly, only return 1.89 percent more total snaps and 166 less snaps on offense than the Buckeyes. The backfield (29 percent returning) lost Conor Hundley and Donnell Alexander, while at wideout (49 percent) Imani Davis and Andrew Pratt will not return, and also lost the entirety of the starting offensive line. The defense will return 42 percent of snaps, only 12 percent from the defensive interior, six percent at linebacker, and stars Jatavis Brown and Rodney Coe are gone.
