  • The Pittsburgh Steelers used the 94th overall selection of the 2017 NFL Draft to select corner Cameron Sutton.
  • Sutton graded very well in 2014, finishing with a 24th-best 84.1 overall grade. Injuries have slowed him over the past two years however.
  • In his three seasons, Sutton has never allowed more than 32 receptions.
  • Sutton averaged 14.7 coverage snaps per reception last season, and just 0.80 yards allowed per coverage snap.
  • The Steelers need corner depth, as they don’t really have anyone behind William Gay, Ross Cockrell, and Artie Burns. Those players are all solid but in today’s NFL corner depth is a must and Sutton can hopefully provide that for the Steelers.
