Each week at PFF, we've given you an overview of all the top draft-eligible quarterbacks across the college football world, with eyes towards the 2018 NFL draft. Now nine weeks into the season, with reputations building and some performances shining, we continue our rankings of these top 12 draft-eligible quarterbacks.

Below you will find the top draft-eligible quarterbacks from across the country, and how they stack up against one another in both traditional and advanced statistics, ranked by their overall PFF grade so far this season. While these rankings are obviously not how they'll either finish, nor how they are projected to be drafted, these rankings serve as a guideline to rank how each quarterback has fared for their respective teams, while our advanced stats further depict how they may fare at the next level.

With that, here are our takes on the top 12 draft-eligible quarterbacks, that you won't get anywhere else.

1. Baker Mayfield, Oklahoma – 95.4 overall grade

Game Grade vs. Oklahoma State: 82.1

Mayfield put up video game stats in Bedlam, outdueling Oklahoma State quarterback Mason Rudolph by going 24-for-36 for 598 yards and five touchdowns. The stat line was certainly padded by horrible defense as Mayfield had a standard 7-yard slant turned into an 83-yard touchdown and he took advantage of busted coverages for other big gains, but there were some notable plays from an evaluation standpoint. Mayfield’s best throw of the game was a timely deep ball that showed off his arm strength and he generally did a fine job of finding open receivers and moving the chains. He did have two terrible decisions, however, that resulted in interceptions. His first was a misread of a curl/flat defender early in the game and he later forced one late over the middle in the red zone for a turnover. Overall, it wasn’t as clean of a performance as the stats might show, but the majority of the game showed off Mayfield’s playmaking ability.

2. Will Grier, West Virginia – 91.5 overall grade

Game Grade vs Iowa State: 87.4

After an off game and his only negatively graded game of the season last week against Oklahoma State, Grier fired back with a solid outing. He was able to have some success down the field, connecting on a deep “post” route over the top for a touchdown as well as a deep “go” ball coming off a scramble for another big gain, and should be touchdown if his receiver was able to stay in bounds as he was running to the end zone. Grier was well protected throughout the game, under pressure on just three of his 29 dropbacks, and posted an adjusted completion percentage of 87.0 percent in clean pockets. His play in between the numbers in the intermediate 10-19 range continues to be impressive, as he’s completed 71.4 percent of his passes for 659 yards eight touchdowns against no interceptions and a passer rating of 153.3 in that area of the field.
