The Denver Broncos defense is pretty amazing and it wasn't any more obvious than last week's undressing of the Green Bay Packers offense on national television. We knew they were a great defense already, but when you hold arguably the best quarterback in the league to just 77 passing yards it's time to really talk about what we're seeing here.
This got me thinking. Just how devastating has this defense been to opposing fantasy players this season? I went back to each week and calculated each of Denver's opposing team's Opportunity Index (OI) as well as expected fantasy points (xFPTS) versus actual fantasy points (FPTS). What transpired is the table you see below:
