Jimmy Clausen, QB: The former 48th overall pick in 2010 has endured a horrid career since falling in the draft. Made a starter before he was ready, he's witnessed the ascension of Cam Newton into one of the leagues star players and sunk to all new lows with play that was bad even by his standards in preseason. Completed a poor 56% of passes and was well worth the -4.6 grade he was awarded.

Tauren Poole, RB: Had a hard time of things even if he did show an ability to make defenders miss (five tackles). His -5.5 grade was the fourth lowest of all running backs in the preseason.

New Orleans Saints

Ryan Griffin, QB: The Saints will roll into the season with two quarterbacks and Griffin will hope to latch back onto a practice squad. Didn't embarrass himself on his team leading 63 dropbacks, throwing two touchdowns and completing 54.2% of passes (despite being victimized by six drops). Saints had a long enough look at him that it would suggest they're not done with him.
