2018 Fantasy Football Rankings: wide receiver tiers
Wide receiver is extremely deep this season. As you’ll see in the tiers below, there are a lot of strong options who will likely come off the board in the first four rounds. The good news is that you’ll still have plenty of upside options in the middle and later rounds.
Tier 1 – Round 1
With so many running backs at the top of draft boards, you’re likely only going to see two or three wideouts come off the board in the first round this year. Brown offers a massive floor and ceiling combination that’s simply unparalleled in the league today. Hopkins is coming off a major bounceback season and has electric upside with Deshaun Watson under center. Jones sneaks into the back end of this tier thanks to his remarkable yardage efficiency. He’s topped 1,400 receiving yards in each of the last four seasons and posted over three yards per route run in each of the last three. He also saw 16 end-zone targets last year, so expect his touchdown numbers to go up in 2018.
