The chart below tells us how often each of the 32 NFL teams played with the lead, while trailing, and in a tie game during the 2012-13 season.

The number you see is the percentage of the team's offensive snaps taken in each situation this past year. Each team's ranking is also shown.

For example, the 2012-13 Chicago Bears ran 33 percent of their offensive snaps while trailing on the scoreboard, which ranks as the league's 28th-highest (or fifth-lowest) mark.
