Lynch and Lacy game-time decisions in Week 3

Since the conclusion of Week 2, many fantasy-relevant players have been added to the injury report. So, we have a lot to cover in this Sunday morning accelerated injury update. Heading into kickoff time, a few top-tier fantasy players remain to be game-time decisions, and they include: Marshawn Lynch, Chris Ivory, and Eddie Lacy.

As a reminder, there are five status designations players can have: active, probable, questionable, doubtful and out. The active and out designations are self-explanatory. The probable designation signifies a player has a greater than 50 percent chance of being active for the game. Questionable means the player essentially has a 50-50 chance of playing. Doubtful means the player has less than a 25 percent chance of playing.

Drew Brees suffered a bruised right rotator cuff in Week 2. Brees’ injury is not only painful; it limits his throwing range of motion and power. Surgery is not required for this injury, so he underwent conservative treatment all week. On Friday, he was unable to throw the ball with sufficient velocity, so has been ruled out for Week 3. He will be day-to-day next week.

Any new thoughts on Lacy v Starks for tonight since Lacy was upgraded to probable? I need 9pts in standard scoring from Kelce and one of those two. I think I’m ok, but fantasy success is still a guessing game sometimes.
