Leonard Fournette cementing status as top dynasty prospect

Amazingly, we are already a quarter of the way into the college football season as we enter conference play. NFL bye weeks are now upon us as well.

Each week in this space, I am going to be keeping you up to date on all the happenings of NFL rookies and college prospects, otherwise known as “developmental” or “devy” players. You can check out my top 20 prospects to watch this year in my preseason developmental primer.

These are volatile assets that require a long-term outlook, and as such I find that updating their place in my ranks every week to be a fruitless effort. I’ll be updating my top 30 rookies and top 15 developmental players every four weeks, and in between I’ll be providing news and notes on anything that will have an impact on the dynasty value of these players.
