IDP Snap Report – Week 6

washingtonWeek 5 saw the return of players who served a four game suspension to start the year, and a number of teams struggle to find replacements for their injured players. The two linebackers with the most snaps in Atlanta in Week 5 were undrafted rookies, the Bears were without their top three defensive tackles by the end of their Week 5 matchup, and the Packers saw three of their linebackers suffer significant injuries. This week’s IDP Snap Report will tell you how to best take advantage of each of these situations and more.

Daryl Washington

During Washington’s absence, Jasper Brinkley did an admirable job with 19 tackles in four games. However with Washington back, Brinkley didn’t play a single defensive snap while Washington didn’t miss a down. He had a huge return with two sacks and five more stops. In case you are a Karlos Dansby owner, no need to fear as he also played every snap. We should expect this to continue on through the rest of the season unless there is an injury.
