Every week, this is the last of the NFL DFS articles I write. It gives me a chance to consolidate my thoughts and strategies about roster construction for the upcoming week. By now, I've reviewed last week's data, researched the current matchups, and I've built a ton of lineups on all the sites.
The format of this column will change from week to week depending on the types of themes that emerge from this process. In Week 1, it was a general advisory to temper DFS expectations for those late round fliers you drafted in season long leagues (Travis Kelce, Ladarius Green, Carlos Hyde). In Week 2 I illustrated how and why you should build a lineup around a stud TE-namely Jimmy Graham.
Week 3 is a bit of a turning point in the season for perception. We know that one game isn't enough to base firm conclusions about team or player fantasy value.
