Game script should favor Mark Ingram in Week 9

Sometimes a week comes together where only one roster type makes sense and the other weeks the picture is a lot more muddled. For me, Week 9 is the former situation as it's pretty clear to me where the values are. You'll see me spending near the minimum at quarterback, tight end, and defense while really spending up at wide receiver to fit in some studs. For running backs there are values everywhere, but I'm loving the middle-tier price range which is something new to me.

Using our Week 9 projections I'll be highlighting the best values for each position and hopefully the picture will become as clear to you as it is to me. Let's get to the picks!

Note: Every week I will take Mike Clay's Box Score Projections and plug them into an excel sheet with DraftKings dollar values. From this, we're able to see PFF's projected dollar per touch, which is a great predictor for which players will be the best values for DFS.
