Fantasy power rankings No. 13 — Indianapolis

Andrew Luck — the best quarterback in fantasy in 2015 — leads the Indianapolis Colts to the No. 13 spot on the preseason fantasy power rankings.

The Colts were the fifth most valuable team from a fantasy standpoint in 2014, buoyed by strong production from their tight ends and the revival of Ahmad Bradshaw.

For the 2015 season, Indianapolis offers fantasy owners 9.1 percent more value than the average NFL team and 75.9 percent as much value as the NFL’s best team.
