If you’ve missed the playoffs in your season-long fantasy league, it doesn’t mean that you can’t compete. It just so happens that there are some big specials in the DFS world, including Yahoo.
While some of the bigger tournaments have close to a million people in them, this week’s Yahoo big tournament is capped at 34,000 entries. You don’t need to be a mathematician to figure out that your odds are much better at Yahoo.
Last week was just the second time in five weeks that we have not won some cash in our tournament lineup, and largely in part of C.J. Anderson and Dez Bryant failing to produce. Well, Anderson was hurt before halftime, but those were the only two players on our team who failed to score at least 10 points.
This week it appears that Yahoo found a way to tighten up their pricing again, but fortunately our DFS Optimizer that we have at PFF helped find a few combinations. Below is the one that we will be using in Week 14.
