Fantasy Dumpster Diving with PFF QBR

Miami Dolphins v New York JetsPFF’s Quarterback Rating (PFF QBR) takes into account dropped passes, throw-aways, and spikes. It also factors in the work done by pass catchers once the ball is in their hands. It paints a more isolated picture of quarterback performance than what’s offered by traditional NFL Quarterback Rating (QBR). Comparing how passers rank in each metric can jump-start a search for inefficiencies of perception.
