Many top-tier fantasy players went down with injuries on Sunday. I’ll cover all of the fantasy-relevant injuries you'll need to know heading into Week 16, the championship week. As with every week, this article will be updated throughout the week as more is known regarding these injuries.

Note: Below, if I refer to an injury that I’ve previously described in detail, I’ll provide a link to that past article.

Quarterbacks

Andrew Luck is recovering from an abdominal strain, rib injury, and kidney laceration. His most-realistic timetable for return has been 6-8 weeks. He appears to be on track to return within that time.

He practiced limitedly on Wednesday and Thursday last week, but has yet to be cleared for contact. I expect he’ll have a CT scan early this week to evaluate his kidney. If the laceration is fully healed at that time, he’ll be cleared for contact.
