Trey Hendrickson heads to New Orleans in 3rd round

The Saints selected Trey Hendrickson out of Florida Atlantic with their third-round pick in the NFL draft Friday.
Hendrickson ranked third among all edge defenders with a 91.6 overall grade last season.
His 20.3 pass-rush productivity rating (PRP measures a pass-rusher’s impact on a per-snap basis with weighting toward sacks) ranked second among 327 qualified edge defenders.
Hendrickson’s 13.9 PRP from 2015 ranked 11th among 282 qualified 4-3 defensive ends.
7 percent of Hendrickson’s 813 pass-rushing snaps over the past three seasons have come from the right defensive end position.
