In this article I take a look at some cornerback performances that I feel deserve to end up in the spotlight. That isn’t always a good thing. A CB can end up in this article if they are good, bad or had deceiving stats one way or the other. I will spotlight a handful of CBs each week and show some in-depth statistics that you won’t be able to find anywhere else.

Dee Milliner got Nelson’d. Is that a thing? Can we make it a thing? Nelson burned Milliner for an 80 yard TD making contributing to 59% of his yards allowed. Milliner also got no help from safety Calvin Pryor. Pryor took a horrendous route to Nelson and allowed him to run (jog) right by him. What could have been a gain of 20-25 yards turned into an 80 yard highlight. I am not saying Milliner can be excused for that play and still allowed 56 other yards on seven other targets. He has yet to live up to being chosen in the first round.
