15:47 RUMORS! Increased friction between the San Diego Chargers and QB Philip Riversper Kevin Acee while Rivers said he would play out his contract, the front office hasn't ruled anything out in terms of trading the 16 year NFL veteran. Despite the Chargers finishing the year on their fifth-string center, Rivers still earned a +14.2 pass grade, seventh-highest for QBs last season. Since 2008, Rivers has finished out of the top 10 in QB Accuracy Rate only once (11th in 2012) as well as dipping below the 75.0% mark only once(2011 with 74.6%). Next up, the Philadelphia Eagles are actively trying to trade QB Matt Barkley. Per Dianna Marie Russini, if they are successful in dealing Barkley, there is about a “80% chance” Kelly brings in QB Tim Tebow. Moving north, TE Charles Clay signed a lucrative offer sheet with the Buffalo Bills per Vic Carucci. And finally, while Greg Hardy is currently meeting with the Cowboys front office, nothing has been signed yet. He is scheduled to take a physical tomorrow morning per Albert Breer.

15:52 Meanwhile Steve Palazzolo takes a look at some of the best veterans that are still on the market.

15:47 SIGNING! Former Crimson Tide running back Trent Richardson has joined the Oakland Raiders. The third overall selection in 2012, it's fair to say that Richardson has yet to live up to that billing, rushing for 2,032 yards and 17 touchdowns in three seasons, on his way to a cumulative -6.8 rushing grade. Richardson will have to share the backfield with Latavius Murray who finished 2014 as the Raiders starter.

12:27 REACTION! This isn't signing news, nor is it truly Free Agency related (though it must surely affect recruitment plans in San Francisco), but PFF_Sam has shared his thoughts on the shock retirement of the now former 49er, Chris Borland.

11:30 SIGNING! The first signing of the day is a big one, as the Chargers have given Philip Rivers an extra weapon by signing WR Stevie Johnson, as per Dianna Marie Russini. Johnson's time in San Francisco proved both short-lived and statistically disappointing, enduring his worst production in five years with 35 catches for 435 yards and three touchdowns. However he still finished 17th among receivers in 2014 with a +6.6 receiving grade, and enjoyed three straight 1,000 yard seasons between 2010 and 2012.
